GSS provide and ensure that all personnel wear appropriate service uniforms. We have sourced uniforms in the past, designed from scratch for special purposes, using the latest materials and know-how to create comfortable, clean, light-weight, and functional uniforms
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provides a final barrier between a worker and a potential hazard or threat to personal health and/or safety
Procedures have been established for issuing, use and maintenance of personal protective equipment for hazardous operations on site, such as rubber gloves, metallic gloves for butchery or meat cutting, correct footwear, cover on slicers, security shoes to prevent heavy falling object, boiling oil or water spillage, etc.

Welfare
GSS’ operates an ‘open-door’ policy with a familiar contact for workers, encouraging swift resolution of problems and enabling us to support workers throughout onboarding and engagement.

On-site presence and visibility to the contract workforce enables us to address minor issues through to more significant employee welfare issues inherent in a large workforce.
