Global Staffing Solutions is currently the sole provider to its client in Diego Garica for the supply of skilled multinational workers. Our services include the front-end screening, sourcing, verification and onboarding of the workforce, as well as providing Turnkey Aircraft Charter Services. GSS is the first labour supplier to provide a multinational workforce to Diego Garcia, this included ensuring the successful integration of different nationalities with the existing client workforce and overcoming challenges such as language, life-support and cultural differences.

GSS has formally partnered with Red Source LLC in Kyiv to form a JV solution, ‘GSS RED’, to provide enhanced and comprehensive services in Ukraine. We have taken this proactive step in light of the developing local manpower shortage and the increasing international defence presence in the region.
